Make a difference in the lives of seniors and persons with disabilities
The Woodland Bus Association relies on dedicated volunteers to help us deliver reliable transportation services to those in need. Whether you have a few hours a week or can help occasionally, your contribution makes a real difference in our community.
Volunteering with us is more than just giving your time—it's about connecting with community members, building meaningful relationships, and helping people maintain their independence and quality of life.
Every ride you help provide means a senior can attend their medical appointment, a person with a disability can go shopping independently, or a long-term care resident can enjoy a community outing. Your help truly matters.
There are several ways you can contribute to our mission
Help transport community members to appointments, activities, and essential services.
Ride along to help passengers board, disembark, and feel comfortable during trips.
Help coordinate ride requests and assist with administrative tasks.
Help organize fundraising events and community outreach activities.
Help keep our vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Join our board of directors and help guide the organization's future.
What you'll gain from giving your time
Build meaningful relationships with fellow volunteers and community members. Many of our volunteers have formed lasting friendships through their service.
